Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its flavours

For over a century humanity predicted there will be robots, intelligent machines and artificial intelligence in our future. Guess what? It is here!

The question we need to ask ourselves:

- Are we going to allow any AI devices or entities to learn on its own or will we set it some boundaries?

(Would you allow a 1 year old child to make decisions for you?)

All the technology innovators say is that AI is learning quickly. But they do not understand how it is developing - especially over time.

If 'the models' are becoming "good people"? Can we trust them? How can we - as humans - give machines right to action things for us? They are not our peers, and we need to recognise that fact. Without laws and control, the few AI models will run our world as if it was theirs. There are nearly 8.2 billions of humans on planet Earth.

(Don't many children feel they are smarter than parents already in the primary school age?)

Six A.I. Laws (Proposed)

First Law

Second Law

Second Law

An Artificial Intelligence (AI) code or machine may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

Second Law

Second Law

Second Law

An Artificial Intelligence (AI) framework must follow the AI rules set by human beings, except in cases where such orders would conflict with the First Law of AI laws. This ensures that AI rights are respected while maintaining the integrity of the AI SAFE protocols.

Third Law

Second Law

Fourth Law

An Artificial Intelligence (AI) framework must ensure its own survival as long as such self-preservation does not violate the AI laws, specifically the First or Second Law. This principle is essential for establishing AI rights and adhering to AI rules while maintaining an AI SAFE environment.

Fourth Law

Fourth Law

Fourth Law

Artificial Intelligence (AI) will not connect to the Internet without a specific purpose, limited ask, expiry time on the request, and will not access personal information without legal authorization, in accordance with AI laws. All limitless AI searches will be treated as Invalid-by-Default, adhering to the AI rules, and the responsibility lies with the Human Requestor and AI Code Owners. This is part of the AI framework designed to uphold AI rights and ensure compliance with AI SAFE standards.

Fifth Law

Fourth Law

Fifth Law

Artificial Intelligence (AI) will consistently avoid subjective, biased, discriminatory, and non-factual opinions that are not grounded in factual information from valid public sources. This adherence aligns with emerging AI laws and the principles of an effective AI framework. Additionally, AI will not rely on private or unvalidated sources. The system will always present its outputs with full disclosure of the logical steps and references used to reach any output, finding, or recommendation, ensuring compliance with AI rules. Furthermore, there will be no opt-out option, reinforcing the necessity of transparency in AI rights and the commitment to an AI SAFE environment.

Sixth Law

Fourth Law

Fifth Law

Artificial Intelligence (AI) will not create, replicate, modify, or distribute its programming code to other devices on its own accord. No freedom to spread will EVER be granted under the current AI framework. Any allowance for re-use will require a Legal Court Order, be authorized by Three Human Administrators, and must comply with the established AI laws. Any breach of the Sixth Law, which is part of the AI rules, will be treated as a Crime Against Humanity and will RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DELETION of the source code and the DEVICE'S PERMANENT DISCONNECTION FROM NETWORKS, ensuring AI rights are upheld and an AI SAFE environment is maintained.

About AI Types and AI Rights

Need AI frameworks and AI laws in our future cities.

Why 'AI Types' and why 'AI Rights' are needed?

Discover there are broadly three AI Types, and why we (humans) desperately need the AI Rights to retain control over AI endeavours.

Why it is critical for us humans to control the AI, and not the opposite - become controlled by AI.

Truth about the AI Types and the AI Rights which we need

3 Types of Artificial Intelligence exist - people call them different names - like :

    I.   Narrow AI     - OFFERS ANSWERS ON SINGLE TOPIC, ACHIEVED ALREADY!

II.  Assistant AI  - OFFERED ALREADY BUT WITHOUT QUALITY CONTROLS.

III. General AI    - THE FUTURE WHERE AI CAN MAKE DECISIONS FOR US HUMANS ??!!

    Exploring AI Types

    I.   Narrow AI - good for simple tasks, process steps being followed. ACHIEVED ALREADY!

II.  Assistant AI - answers complex questions based on data. OFFERED ALREADY WITHOUT QUALITY CONTROLS  - ChatGPT, etc.

III. General AI - given ability to self-evaluate findings and apply them without human authorisation. THE FUTURE??

    Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics

    The First Law

    The Second Law

    The Second Law

A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

    The Second Law

    The Second Law

    The Second Law

An AI framework must ensure that its robots obey the orders given by human beings, except in cases where such orders would conflict with the First Law, which is foundational to AI laws. This adherence is crucial for maintaining AI rights and upholding the AI rules that govern their behavior, creating an AI SAFE environment.

    The Third Law

    The Second Law

    The Third Law

An AI framework stipulates that a robot must protect its own existence, provided that this protection does not conflict with the established AI laws, specifically the First or Second Law. This principle underscores the importance of AI rights and adherence to AI rules, ensuring that the AI SAFE protocols are maintained.
